Over 27 years of experience in health care with a master's degree in Health Administration. Hired as the Director of Operations for Tennessee Urology Associates May 2022. Previously worked as the Director of Medical Imaging and the Cath Labs at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN. I'm a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). I specialize in corporate and regulatory compliance aligned with Joint Commission, local, and State standards. Proven leadership experience in operations analysis, workflow efficiency/quality improvements, cost controls, patient satisfaction score improvements, team members engagement, and culture building. I've been able to recruit and retain highly efficient team members and department leaders and have increased employee engagement throughout my leadership career. I was also a member of the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence Board of Examiners in 2013 and specialize in process management.
