About Michael Mangan

Michael spent the first decade of his career practicing law at the largest and most reputable law firms in the Pacific Northwest. He honed his craft and sharpened his legal skills advising and fighting for Oregon businesses. He joined Black Helterline to broaden and better serve his clients. He provides “big firm” representation and advice at understandable fees — offering a wide range of fee structured for most services. He helps his clients navigate through every aspect of business and real estate law - from negotiations to disputes to trial and appeal, if needed. He continues to maintain his real estate tax practice; for which he has been recognized as a leading attorney in Oregon. Michael has expanded his practice to once again include helping and advising clients facing challenges during this pandemic. Michael started practicing law in 2009, at the start of the last recession. He successfully represented numerous clients facing eviction and foreclosure — even winning monetary awards for several clients. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for the past four years and he recently won JD Supra’s Reader’s Choice Award in Real Estate.
