About Michael Marten

I come from a design background and I love the insurmountable. My role is to deliver the best creative solutions I am capable of.My process requires a hard tug at every idealistic thread to discover hidden possibilities in concept and execution. Challenging accepted norms helps me understand why they exist and how best to engage with them, or destroy them. I value the impact of intentionality in life and work. Therefore, providing creative direction should require a soulful search into the concept so you may give it a voice with which to speak. Only after doing this can you empower a team to make that concept sing. Because of this essential symbiosis between the ideal and the real; between potential and execution, I insist on sincere communication.We are standing on the backs of histories best. Incremental improvement is all we can aim for so I tend to save my ego for late night philosophical debates.
