About Michael Massmann

My pharmacy career has included experiences in the hospital and supply chain settings. I have completed my MBA program to complement my board certification in pharmacotherapy and two years of post-graduate residency training. In my current role, I oversee 325+ remote pharmacists working with 70+ hospitals in addition to pharmacy distribution to our regional facilities. As the Pharmacy Operations Supervisor, I oversaw 45+ pharmacy technicians and interns for a 741-bed facility plus two satellites campuses. My responsibilities included oversight of the medication distribution process and adherence to regulatory, quality, and safety standards. As a leader, my goal is to innovate within the pharmacy department while optimizing the resources available to our team. I value working through new challenges while always cultivating a culture of providing the best patient care possible.
