In my current role as Program Director at DAPCEP, I've been fortunate to lead initiatives that empower students from diverse backgrounds to explore careers in engineering. Over the past two years here, I've helped increase student participation by 40%, which has been incredibly fulfilling. Prior to this position, I spent several years at buildOn where I managed various programs aimed at supporting youth education in under-resourced communities—an experience that shaped my approach to program management. My journey through project management has been rooted in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Working with teams across different levels—from high school students to seasoned professionals—has taught me how important it is to adapt my leadership style based on the needs of those I'm serving.
