About Michael Mavris

I'm a people-oriented individual who believes in the power of kindness and guidance to help others bring out their best, whether they're colleagues, friends, or anyone in my network. As a child, I aspired to be an "inventor," and I've come to realize that software engineering can be a form of invention when you design and create the products. Currently, I hold the position of director at PaleBlue, a software development company specializing in creating web and mobile apps. With a career spanning over 13 years in the technology sector, my unwavering commitment has always been to deliver top-tier results. I've had the privilege of leading mobile teams, overseeing over 2 million users, and driving the development of cutting-edge fintech solutions within our apps, including Subscriptions, Topups, and Wallet features. I've also overseen mobile development for a theater-related application, both on iOS and Android platforms, consistently delivering outstanding quality and user interface excellence that effectively met the high expectations of our user community. In previous roles, I honed my skills as a mobile developer, specializing in cross-platform Xamarin technology within the medical software industry. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. Reach out if you want to talk to me about emerging tech, creating software products, mechanical watches, or tennis.
