About Michael Mayaka

Mr. Michael Mayaka holds a Bsc. Degree in Information Technology from Moi University. Has previously worked at TechSystems Limited, Smart Applications International, Kenya Law Reports and Kenya Judiciary (Both at C-Level, Technology) and has over 15 years’ experience in web and applications development, ICT Strategy Development, Framework, Business Process Re-engineering, Management, Analysis & Advice, and Relationship Management. Mr. Mayaka has demonstrated his dexterity in the Technology field and has been accorded the mandate of leading Technology functions. Prior to joining Impact Solutions as a Consultant CTO and Consultant CTO for Somaliland Development Company, he was the Technical Services Director at TechSystems, Group Technology Director at Smart Applications International, Deputy Director of ICT, Judiciary, Manager ICT Kenya Law Reports, and Senior Systems Engineer at DewCIS. He played a lead role in deploying eLearning, GDS, eVISA, ERP, Service Desk & Document management systems in Somalia, Somaliland, Kenya, Seychelles and Nigeria. He was instrumental in Pioneering Case Management System & Service Desk in the Seychelles Supreme Court & Kenyan Judiciary. Mr. Mayaka as the Technology Director for Smart Applications headed Group Technology functions in the 6 countries – Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan, Rwanda, Zambia and Somaliland. He is an Alumni of the International Visitor's Leadership Program (IVLP)
