About Michael mc Gee

I consider myself to be an experienced engineer, leader and manager with 18 years’ expertise in design, automation, project management, safety and CE compliance. In that time I have lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists on cross divisional projects. I am typically responsible for the management of all phases in the strategic delivery of medical devices or bespoke automated systems and consumer/mechanical product designs, from the conceptual generation phase through to design, manufacture and onto process development, finishing on validation/ safety compliance. I am regularly developing my management skills to ensure I can get the best out of my team through strong leadership, clear communications, continuous improvement and agile task delegation. I am driven to ensure Product safety is a paramount section of every project or product undertaken in collaboration with my team.
