I am a competent Manufacturing Manager, with a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing lean processes, leading diverse production teams and enabling growth targets to be realised and exceeded. My career in manufacturing has been steadily progressing through positive challenges and personal ambitions. From my initial role in RAP as Machine Operator being offered the opportunity to develop as a Production Supervisor & Project Manager to moving industry and developing as a Plant Manager. I strive for both personal and professional development and have successfully taken a leading role in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing everywhere I've worked as well as securing accreditations to FSSC ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001. I have a keen interest in Leadership, People Development, Business Management, Automation and Production Optimization. Over the years I have gained valuable experience, certified in Lean Manufacturing, experience with 6 Sigma projects, certified Internal Auditor, completed various Food Safety modules, completed various Health and Safety modules, Legionella Awareness certified, First Aid, Fire Marshall.
