Including- detection and demonstration of the use of intellectual property (including both reverse engineering and standards based analysis)- analysis and review of patents to create/defend invalidity arguments- management and direction of developing intellectual property portfolios- development of patent portfolios through acquisition- licensing of patents though negotiation.
