Working at Partners Healthcare/Mass General Brigham for 25+ years. Over the years I was responsible for TimeServ (Enterprise time utility), Backup Exec and Arcserve (Backup software). Built DMZ which included Domain Controllers, WINS Servers, Systems Management Server (SMS), Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM), Insight Manager, Configure Remote Insight boards and more. At the time we was responsible for building, racking and cabling servers then Configuring the systems and putting the OS on them. Tested, certified and deployed (using SMS) First quota Software (Storage Central) Tested, certified and deployed ExtremeZip for Research users and MAC community Tested, certified and deployed (using SMS) Undelete for file servers Quest Management Xtensions for SMS (extending inventory to Open Systems) Installed and configured DFS (Distributed File System) for Namespace and Replication use Currently involved with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Current Branch which is used to manage approx. servers and desktops. Used to Patch systems for Security Updates, Software deployments/upgrades, Inventory and more. System Center Operations Manager 2012 R2 monitoring the OS and applications on approx. Servers Built, installed and configured TrendMicro Control Manager for monitoring all TrendMicro AV products. In the process of upgrading/replacing the TMCM with Apex Central. Built a Deep Security Antivirus Site for agentless AV for VDI platform Built Deep Security 9.5 site, then upgraded to 10 for Server farm and migrated all systems during the Quakbot outbreak. Currently managing Deep Security 11 and 12 Sites. Built and configured IWSVA (Interscan Web Security Virtual Appliance) for Isilon Storage Installed and configured TrenMicro PortalProtect on SharePoint Servers (Antivirus for SharePoint) Member of the Cloud Working Group and Azure Certification Group where we discuss usage and POC cases. Lab Management: We have an Infrastructure Certification Center (Lab) which is isolated from our production environment where we test and certify hardware and software upgrades.
