I opened and ran the bookstore as my first position. I was then asked to help the program coordination group and experiential facilitators as well. I left upon graduation in March 1995 and was asked to return in 1996. I then worked as a program coordinator, moved to business development and then project management for the custom solutions group. A few of my accomplishments with the largest business impact through my tenure are: I worked on a team that influenced the organization to take a chance on something new. We established a new product offering for clients to allow them additional opportunities to meet with their coach. This new offering became a significant contributor to the coaching line of business in the organization and is the biggest piece of revenue for coaching in 2020. I established processes and procedures to coordinate and conduct programs for a large manufacturing client at all 3 of the organization's North American campuses. Performed training for employees at the other 2 campuses to conduct these programs in order to allow us to save expenses on travel while at the same time increasing revenue for the organization by allowing for more programs to be conducted. This client provided our organization approximately $1.5 million per year for over a decade. Helped to lead all project management and program coordination for a large global pharmaceutical client who conducted approximately 45 programs per year in 4 different global regions (North America, Latin America, APAC an EMEA regions) and over 10 countries. Introduced a cost saving process for services that allowed us to satisfy a client need and increase revenue at the same time. Revenue from this client was approximately $3 million per year for the 3 year contract and was the client extended 1 year.
