Specifically with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Customer Experience (CX) as well as a certificate in technology management from UC Santa Barbara. As a Commercial Sales Manager at Zendesk, I lead a team of 9 experienced field account executives, and align our vision and goals with the company's mission and culture.I leverage my skills in team leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to build long-term relationships with our clients, as well as deliver value-added solutions that meet their needs and expectations. I also coach and mentor various business development and partner teams while fostering collaboration across our peer network.
