Service-oriented professional with a propensity for problem-solving. After spending over 12 years in the clinical realm, I’ve been able to use these experiences to develop solutions that contribute that improve overall efficiency through optimizing workflow and clinical documentation practices. Able to keep attention to detail, yet “see the forest through the trees.” Previous clinical and outreach roles (both the public and private sector), support for various subspecialties, and expansive peer collaboration has given first-hand experiences to support the unique nuances that can “make the EMR work for the providers.” History of working collaboratively with managers, providers, and executive leadership to improve provider / staff efficiency and streamline workflow processes. Additional experience in the development of supplemental learning materials and curriculum design / delivery for adult learners. Certification: Epic® Physician Builder (since 2015)
