I'm an aspiring leader and passionate sustainability advocate, who connects people to ideas, so they unlock potential and achieve the impossible. My name is Michael McGibbon and this is my leadership purpose. Each day I strive for excellence in project management and creative communication. I have extensive clinical, marketing and business development knowledge. With more than a decade of Interventional Radiology & Cardiology marketing experience, I have extensive professional relationships within the Interventional community. My vision for a sustainable world embraces scientific evidence as a foundation for decision-making. I work to share my passion for sustainability through inclusive, multi-level communications and mentorship. I bring a ton of formal business and leadership development knowledge to my working life and enjoy sharing my experiences freely. I bring a growth mindset, a strong sense of curiosity and comfort with challenging the status quo. This is a hat that I'm proud to wear well. Fun superpower: I enjoy building strong personal relationships across all aspects of the business both within ANZ and abroad.
