Welcome to my story. It’s a tale of being different. Obsessing over details. It’s the product of patience, and steadily honing my craft before setting out to innovate the industry I love. A Decorated United States Navy Veteran, Aspiring Servant Leader & Car Guy; with more than 30 years of experience in automotive retail sales, service, and parts, providing Values-Driven Leadership, and Legendary World Class Duty of Care, everyday, every client, every time. My background, and passion, is in the car business.more specifically in improvements in under-performing auto repair businesses, dealership service departments, startups, and rapid turnarounds in these businesses that are past the under-performing stages, and are in survival mode. It is my intent, and personal commitment, to provide honest and accurate automobile repair for people in and around my community at an affordable price, and to utilize my extensive experience to improve the operations of which I am involved, and the lives of the people I am responsible to through the effective use of strategy, structure, people, processes, and agility to customer needs. It is my goal to treat people honestly, fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect. I pride myself in being honest and straight forward, I do not put money ahead of people. My clients and associates are more than just “numbers” to me. I have formed relationships with them, and many have become my close personal friends.
