My strengths include Object-Oriented Design and Architecture, Object-Oriented Principles and Practices, Agile and Kanban development processes. I am a strong proponent of Emergent Design using Test Driven Development methods and Design Patterns. I have led many aspects of the development processes, including but not limited to the development of the high and low level architectures for new and legacy applications, re-factoring of legacy applications to employ improved architecture, design and updated technologies.
