I am a competent Senior Services Project Manager, with significant building services and sustainability knowledge. My roles have included both Sustainability and Services management. Experience across commercial, retail, education, state significant projects, refurbishment, and residential projects with key areas of expertise including; Services Management - Work collaboratively with a diverse range of consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers, and all stakeholders including clients. I have a high level of hands on site experience on all projects. Sustainability – Management of GBCA Green Star requirements, NABERS Energy & LEED rating of buildings as well as sustainability infrastructure. My strengths include a deep understanding and appreciation of site and construction challenges; expertise in sustainable design principles; a diplomatic approach to stakeholder and client engagement; the ability to navigate complex constraints; experience delivering projects in live operational environments; and a successful track record mitigating risk for seamless project delivery.
