About Michael Mead

As a Training Analyst at Innovative Reasoning, LLC, I analyze and report on the training support provided to the Fleet Marine Force from five separate Training Support Centers. I also review and assist in the re-write of Marine Corps Orders and doctrine, ensuring they are up to date and effective. I have been working in this role for over two years, leveraging my SharePoint certification and my operational planning skills. Prior to joining Innovative Reasoning, I was a Weapons and Tactics Instructor at Linxx Global Solutions for two and a half years, where I delivered formal instruction on small arms, combat marksmanship, medium machine guns, and managed a foreign weapons familiarization project involving classroom and hands on instruction. I also taught infantry tactics at the battalion and lower levels, drawing on my extensive background in Infantry Weapons and Tactics. My mission is to provide high-quality training and analysis that enhances the readiness and performance of the Marine Corps and other clients.
