About Michael Meadows

Michael is a leader in group fitness and personal training he comes with a strong educational and professional background in personal and team programming. With over 18 years of experience he has obtained many certifications in personal training, Fascial stretch therapy, medical exercise programs from fitness industries like the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, National Strength and Conditioning Association, METI and Can-Fit Pro. He is also part of the NCCP and CASI organization for snowboard instruction and Alpine Racing. Michael is a graduate from Humber college with a Health and Fitness Promotion Diploma making him a stronger coach and exercise specialist. His abilities have managed to land him opportunities to work with world-class coaches and athletes from places like the Sports Performance Centres in Thornhill, GoodLife Fitness, LA Fitness and is currently the Fitness Planner for Altea in the heart of Liberty Village. With a background in Kinesiology and health science Michael specializes in exercise programs that deal with chronic pain and injury management and is a Medical Exercise Specialist with the American Alliance of Health and Fitness Professionals. Michael is also an Ambassador for Lebert Fitness and Spartan Race Canada supplying exercise education to personal trainers and fitness enthusiasts.
