I currently serve as quality management systems specialist at Knipper Health responsible for administrating Knipper's corrective and preventive action, quality events, deviations, and change management processes to ensure that Knipper's quality system operates according to current Good Manufacturing Practices. Prior to my current role, I serverd as manager, sample processing services in the cellular services division of Sampled, formally Infinity Biologix, formally RUCDR Infinite Biologics. I managed over 30 staff members across multiple shifts concerning all cell services. I oversaw daily operations and readily communicated with project mangers, directors, department heads, clients and vendors. Before this role I served as a Laboratory Researcher in the lymphocyte transformation and blood processing lab. As a Researcher I assigned, coordinated, and assisted with activities involved in the transformation and eventual cryopreservation of human lymphocyte cell lines meeting or exceeding 97% success of incoming samples free of mycoplasma contamination. I communicated with laboratory staff and management effectively to accomplish these tasks. I supervised and trained staff so that tasks were accomplished with the highest accuracy possible while ensuring manipulations were performed independently according to established protocols. Before being promoted to this supervisory role, I was a senior laboratory technician with RUCDR for close to three years.I am a goal-driven professional and capable problem solver with strong leadership abilities and am highly motivated as well as organized. In 2007, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University, Cook College. In 2016, I earned a Master of Business and Science (MBS) degree with a concentration in Drug Discovery and Development from the Graduate School of New Brunswick at Rutgers University. The MBS is a Professional Science Master’s degree blending the traditional curriculum of an MS degree with a particular set of MBA courses. The combination of intensive science and business courses produces proficient and qualified professionals suited to bridge the gap between the scientific and administrative sides of business.
