About Michael Meding

With over 30 years of professional experience, I am an internationally experienced and passionate engineer, manager, and entrepreneur. My goal is to develop innovative, sustainable, and customer-focused solutions in dry mortar and tower crane technology that improve the construction industry's efficiency, quality, and safety. As Co-Chairman of Hunan Zoomlion Neo Materials, General Manager of Wilbert TowerCranes, and CEO of the m-tec group, I have been part of the global team of ZOOMLION, one of the world's largest construction equipment manufacturers, for more than a decade. I bring my diverse perspectives and experience from different markets, industries, and cultures to drive collaboration, growth, and innovation at ZOOMLION. For more than 20 years, I have been responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and business development of companies as a Managing Director. My key projects and initiatives have always been aimed at developing and improving each company's corporate culture, core competencies, product range, and market presence. I work with partners around the world to understand and meet different regional customer needs and expectations. I use my leadership, technical, commercial, and intercultural skills to work as part of a team to design and implement solutions that meet the highest standards.
