I'm a web and digital communications strategist with 10+ years of experience producing websites and developing strategies to raise brand awareness and elevate high-impact, mission-driven organizations in the social justice space. I led the Vera Institute of Justice's previous web redesign and rebranding project, which won a Webby Award from The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences for excellence on the Internet. Leveraging the new site, I received a second Webby Award for producing the “Reimagining Prison” webumentary—an immersive, highly visual digital experience tracing the roots of racism in the U.S. to our current criminal justice system.* The award-winning website and compelling content increased web traffic and engagement dramatically, elevating the brand and re-positioning Vera as a leader in the criminal justice reform arena.
