About Michael Melton

For Years we have brought a new approach to the residential and commercial HVAC industry. My concept is driven by honesty, integrity and customer education. By providing today's technicians with the proper training and teaching techniques, the customer gains valuable knowledge and saves money. During my tenure, I have observed many short comings in the HVAC industry. Bad habits and poor business practices seem to be the norm for many mechanical companies in North Carolina and have become the expected normal interaction with customers. My goal is to end this through customer education; quality, truthful workmanship and a NO CORNERS CUT approach to HVAC installs, repairs, maintenance and customer service. I have always believed that no customer deserves less than the best, regardless of income or social standing. I promote comprehensive technician training in both customer service and product knowledge, therefore, the customer benefits. I have incorporated customer involvement as the primary device in the technician's tool box. On a job, I encourage customers to tag a long, ask as many questions as possible and communicate closely with the technician.
