I’m Michael Pereira, BCAR Coordinator and Quality Assurance Professional at M&P Construction, a company delivering construction projects across commercial, industrial, residential, and public sectors in Ireland. With over five years of experience in project management, I have developed solid expertise in regulatory compliance and construction standards. Since moving to Ireland nearly two years ago, I’ve focused on BCAR coordination, LEED certification processes, and health and safety practices within the Irish construction landscape. My background spans a range of sectors—including events, real estate, and permanent construction—where I’ve contributed to complex projects, streamlined internal processes, reviewed technical drawings and models, and helped ensure quality outcomes for clients. I hold a specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering and am fluent in Portuguese, have advanced English, and intermediate Spanish.
