With nearly a decade of experience supporting patients and members across healthcare and customer service roles, I’ve learned that attention to detail, patience, and follow-through make all the difference. I currently work at Centene as a Program Coordinator, handling member outreach, appointment scheduling, and team support. I also lead training sessions and help new employees get up to speed with procedures. Prior to this, I supported patients at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic through referral coordination and customer service — including Medicare navigation and tech support for patient portals. I’m someone who steps in where needed, whether that means organizing systems, supporting coworkers, or calmly solving problems. I’m now looking to grow into a long-term healthcare support role where I can keep improving the patient experience and making care more efficient for everyone involved.
