1982 Finished High School (majors: Economics, English) 1982-84 Apprenticeship at Hessische Landesbank 1984-85 Military service (German Mountain Troops) 1985-89 European Business School (majors: Finace, Marketing) 1989-94 Deutsche Bank 1yr-trainee program (rotation between credit and "markets" departments such as Equity Sales, Equity research, Stock exchange). Followed by 3,75 years at DWS fund management (Fixed Income: Country specialist for France and Norway, instrument specialisation: Genusscheine, i.e. the German predecessor of T1 bonds). 1994-96 Commerz International Capital Management, portfolio manager (Cash+, Credit and Government products), client coverage across all of Europe (France, Russia, Germany.) 1996-2015 JPMorgan Asset Management, currently Client Portfolio Manager Fixed Income, previous roles ranged from analyst/strategist/PM/trader for the German Fixed Income market (late 90s). Client Portfolio Manager (CPM) since then. Wide range of products, primary focus on EMD (locally) and Governments/Aggregate (globally), but also covering Credit, HY and flexible Fixed Income for German speaking markets, with a coordination role for other countries (Italy, France). Member of the 3-person strong local Asset Management Board ("Geschäftsleiter"). 2016-2017: Product specialist for "Rates" covering the whole EMEA region for all channels. 03/2018: Agreed termination. 05/2019- present: DJE Kapital AG - Client Portfolio Manager
