About Michael Miceli

Michael Miceli serves as a director of research. In this capacity, Mr. Miceli is responsible for providing brokerage support in business development, capturing market data, identifying trends and producing market reports and white papers. He is responsible for maintaining high standards of research, establishing best practices and supporting sales professionals’ efforts with existing clients and pursuits for new business. Mr. Miceli joined Newmark in 2019 after working at Cushman & Wakefield for more than five years. As a senior analyst for the research team, Mr. Miceli was responsible for real estate market research, producing market reports and leading a team of analysts in market data collection. His work garnered him the Top-Performer in the Tri-State Region award in 2018. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Miceli was an intern on the leasing team at Brookfield Office Properties. Mr. Miceli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics and Physics from Union College. In his time at Union, he was a four-year member of the football team, a member of Sigma Chi and received honors for his thesis on the Effects of September 11th and Hurricane Sandy on the New York Commercial Real Estate Market.
