About Michael Mierke

As Head of Bordereaux Management at HDI Global Specialty SE, I leverage my expertise in SQL and Python to optimize data management processes and enhance team efficiency. With a Master’s in Engineering from Leibniz University Hannover, I bring a strong technical foundation that I continuously build upon to drive impactful solutions in data. Since May 2022, I have led a dedicated team of data managers and validators, combining my technical skills with strategic management to elevate data quality and streamline processing across our organization. With a focus on both people and process, I drive initiatives that enhance our data management framework and foster collaboration across departments. Outside of work, I am passionate about self-hosting solutions with Docker, secure networking, and cloud management and of course AI. This broader technical expertise allows me to approach challenges with a holistic, data-centered mindset.
