About Michael Miles

Mr. Miles is a consulting professional whose experience includes starting up, running and selling service job shops ( Collision Repair Facility - 1987 to 1995 and Disaster Restoration Services - 1995 - 2019). In we started a independent restoration company, and, in 2008 we purchased an existing ServiceMaster (of Newark) Restore restoration franchise. We grew consistently from 2009 - 2016. Our core growth was business to business sales and services along with consistent growth working with insurance companies and TPA's. In 2017, we sold one license to an independent restoration contractor in southern Delaware and in June, 2019, we sold two licenses for central and northern Delaware to an existing ServiceMaster Restore so this operation can continue to strategically grow and increase profit margins. We are consultants for our clients, working in conjunction with restoration and remediation contractors. We provide onsite training for time, material and equipment flows for large and complex losses. Our latest business development consulting focuses on bridging the gap between TPA's and vendors for professional service and profit. Mr. Miles next venture is to consult to both restoration vendors, property managers and only those that want to be proactive with both disaster planning and indoor air quality. We are operating full time as consultants to our clients, adding value by continuously improving pre-loss planning and risk aversion. Our goal is to have our clients become proactive and reap the benefits of technology and innovation.
