About Michael Miley

Since graduating from law school in 2008, Michael has been exposed to a wide variety of practice areas. Upon completing his legal education, he began working for large law firms practicing Commercial Litigation, Complex Litigation, Insurance Defense, Business/Corporate Litigation Construction Defect Litigation, and Product Liability. In 2011, Michael transitioned to a small law firm where he worked with, and trained under, Robert H. Nothstein Esq, and benefited from Mr. Nothstein’s 39+ years of experience as a practicing attorney. While at Robert H. Nothstein Law Offices PC, Michael was able to enter the “front line” of the legal world while building his own client base and expanding his practice capabilities to include Family Law, Real Estate, Criminal Law, Creditor/Debtor, Wills & Estates, Landlord/Tenant, Employment Law and Plaintiff Personal Injury. Michael is currently working as In House Counsel at AP Wireless Infrastructure Partners LLC in San Diego, California. AP Wireless is a young but growing investment company focused on acquiring telecommunication assets. Michael's work here primarily involves contract law, as well as real estate and transactional issues. Michael has passed the Bar Exams in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California and currently holds valid licenses in all three states as well as the Southern District of California.
