About Michael Ming

Michael Ming has owned and operated Alliance Ag Services, Inc. since 2004, and Alliance Appraisal, LLC has been servicing the California Agricultural Community since 1953. All Ag was established as the first full-service Ag brokerage and consulting firm in the southern San Joaquin Valley of California. Today they serve clients from north of the San Joaquin Delta to the Arizona and Mexico borders. All Ag professionals have extensive experience in agricultural, renewable energy, water, and water banking transactions and leasing with over in transactional closings. “We look forward to engaging and providing clients throughout the United States with professional agricultural and renewable energy real estate services. We are excited to offer our Ag clientele with local knowledge and a global reach.” said Ming. Mike graduated from Fresno Pacific University. In addition to being a licensed California Real Estate Broker, he is a Certified General real estate appraiser. Ming has been a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) since 1998 and holds the designation ARA, Accredited Rural Appraiser. He sat on its National Government Relations Board served as the California Chapter President in 2009 and is currently the Vice President. Mike is a member of Rancheros Visitadores, California Kern County Farm Bureau, and the Water Association of Kern County. Throughout his career, he has been published in numerous Agriculture and macro-economic journals and publications and routinely presents at the Ag industry’s most well-known and attended regional conferences. He was a direct contributor to the publication, “Valuing Rural America, Foundations of Data Analysis.” He lives in Bakersfield, California with his wife Michele and is very proud of his three adult children Lauren, Emily, and George. Two of which work with him.
