Boasting two decades of experience as an airline professional, I live my passion for innovation by marveling at the fact that a machine can fly high and fast, and get people from one continent to another safely, timely, and comfortably in just a few hours. An amazing human achievement I am proud to be part of. My career at United Airlines has contributed to building my framework, allowing me to hone my acumen in dynamic and complex aviation systems while perfecting my interpersonal and public speaking skills in a global setting. I have directed and managed various elements of an airport operation, and perfected it by thriving in a company culture that has paid close attention to detail, in a swiftly changing environment focusing on revenue growth, retention, and cost management. My genuine, approachable, and charismatic nature have lead me to become an asset for brand development at United. My ability to build relationships with business partners and high-yield clients are evidenced by my evolution and longevity in multiple roles within my company. My experience and proven track record within the industry has exposed me to opportunities beyond the confines of the airport. Selected for a coveted Protocol Liaison role with Relevent Sports in NYC, I utilized my organizational and operational abilities in tandem with my background in the Italian and Spanish languages, to build and develop relationships with the decision makers of prestigious iconic global brands such as Juventus FC, FC Internazionale, AC Milan, Liverpool FC, and Real Madrid CF. My knowledge of the global landscape and cultural diversity also landed me an election as a delegate for United Airlines on the Tri-State Diversity Council. On the extracurricular side, I enjoy volunteering to support the growth of the game of soccer. I work with non-profit 501C organizations designed to provide a platform for free soccer training and reduced cost field playing time in New Jersey.
