My mission is to optimize our processes, ensuring that strategic development aligns with business opportunities. I’m a dedicated and results-driven team leader with a strong track record in managing complex technical challenges and customer support within the food processing industry. At Tetra Pak, I lead a specialized team focused on identifying, analyzing, and resolving critical customer issues related to equipment used in the production of ice cream, cheese, and powder-based products. While I don’t come from an engineering background, I’ve built solid technical expertise through hands-on experience, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning. My strength lies in creating clarity in complex situations, driving efficient and sustainable solutions, and supporting the development and well-being of my team. I’m passionate about delivering high-quality service, fostering constructive dialogue, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. My work is guided by structure, persistence, and a strong sense of ownership—helping customers get back on track and our organization improve with every case we handle.
