About Michael Moco

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have overseen the risk management framework for wealth management businesses, including investments, asset management, fiduciary, and trust services. I have a JD degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and a BS degree in Business Administration and Management from Michigan State University. I have led a first line of defense team that has developed and implemented policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. I have also supported the business development and growth strategies by providing risk advisory and guidance on complex and high-value transactions and products. I have worked with multiple internal and external stakeholders, such as senior management, auditors, regulators, clients, and vendors, to foster a culture of risk awareness, collaboration, and accountability. I am passionate about delivering excellent service and value to clients, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism. I am also committed to enhancing my skills and knowledge in the rapidly evolving and dynamic field of risk management.
