About Michael Molta
Currently, Michael is an Organizational Design and Workforce Planning Specialist at Wawa’s corporate headquarters in Wawa, PA where he leads the workforce planning strategy development and serves as a SME for all organizational design initiatives. Previously, Michael was a Manager of Organizational Design at Ancillare in Horsham, PA. Michael is responsible for assessing, designing and implementing training curricula for new and existing workflows. Michael came from Northwestern Mutual’s Philadelphia Network Office where he was responsible for the development and implementation of operational strategies that supported Financial Advisors in serving the Greater Philadelphia area. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Michael worked as the Assistant Director of the Center for Population Health Innovation, Michael was responsible for the planning, design, and delivery of externally facing initiatives such as advisory boards, collaborative impact efforts, and lectures of varying size and scope. Michael also contributed to the management of JCPH’s external communications, including the college’s affiliated peer-reviewed journals and newsletters, website, blog and social media. Michael briefly worked as a consultant in 2018. Working out of Philadelphia, Where he was engaged in strategy, organizational change and development planning for clients in the Healthcare, Biomedical, Non-Profit, and Higher Education industries. in 2015 Michael joined the Learning and Development Department at Thomas Jefferson University where he was responsible for all organizational development, organizational improvement efforts, the creation of the enterprise’s mission, vision and values, and the integration of human capital and standard operating procedures from four separate mergers. In 2010, Michael was a Senior Program Coordinator in the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania. In this role, he collaborated with Wharton faculty and organizational stakeholders to foster relationships, assess needs, and design and implement comprehensive executive education programs for some of the largest organizations in the world. Michael graduated with honors from Keuka College in Upstate New York earning a B.S. in Organizational Management. He also earned an M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and obtained a Doctorate of Management in Strategic Leadership from Thomas Jefferson University. Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Systems Wisdom and is a recipient of the Patient Experience Grant from the Beryl Institute
