The seller is contacted when there is a qualified individual that is interested in taking things to the next step.#3 Marketing-Our software assists us in locating potential strategic buyers so we are able to put together comprehensive marketing plans together instead of just listing it on a website and waiting for phone calls.#4 “A to Z”- Once we get a business under contract we close the business. It is a very difficult process and unfortunately most brokers do not take the time or have the knowledge…but many times the buyers are left to fend for themselves and when dealing with paperwork, business plans, whatever it is we are here to assist to make sure the business closes.
