Currently, I work as a Customer Service Representative for Willis Towers Watson in their Benefits Outsourcing department. I field calls from various parts of an organization-active employees, retirees- and assist them with their health and pension benefits. I have working knowledge of the health care insurance system and soon to be trained on the pension-side of benefits. I am looking to transition to a position where I analyze data that will help to make critical business decisions. Entry-level Business Operations Analyst who possesses a strong ability to gather relevant data and create useful reports. HR-health and pension benefits. Extensive experience in banking, sales, and customer service. Adept at ERP systems software analyzing a business process and pulling out specific instances for monitoring and developing useful metrics and benchmarks. Experience in coordination with various departments to provide service to demand. A little about me, I’m 35-year-old professional that has work experience in Banking and got his degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management. I recently graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a BS in Business Administration. I, more recently, received certifications in Quality Improvement from ASQ and received a certification from my school in SAP curriculum. My most recent data entry experience came from school in operations management. We would use a variety of data spreadsheet programs where we would input and analyze business problems. A few courses keyed in on optimization in key business areas such as logistics, transportation, quality, production, and purchasing. In the SAP courses, I would build a purchase order from a BOM and see how to do different things and how to check capacity and cost requirements. We would also use vendor information and data on how to optimize the supply chain to maximize profits for all parties. My previous experience in banking gave me wide exposure to the world of finance and banking. My duties ranged from loans, personal finance, bank operations, and customer service.
