About Michael Montoya

Hello, My name is Michael Montoya I have over 5 years of work experience, 2 in a half years as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army, 2 years as a Correctional Officer and little experience as a cashier. I will be finishing my service with the Army in the next several months. In my current position it was absolutely essential that I got really good at working with my peers. I was fortunate; I had many opportunities to recognize the importance of paying attention to detail. I was luck to have several remarkable leaders in both my current occupation and my past. My leaders taught me the importance of being at the right place at the right time in the correct uniform. Thanks to the number of challenging experiences I got really good at working under pressure. Skills and contributions I offer are communication skills, teamwork and the leadership ability.
