About Michael Morasch

I have been working in the IT Services industry for over 15 years. When I began working this field, Texas Instruments was a power house in the server industry. I have watched as the technology has grown over the years and am well versed in the basics. This allows me to quickly and accurately assimilate new technologies. I have extensive experience repairing printers, laptops, desktops, and servers from all major manufacturers. I have been working as a senior systems engineer for years, and have current experience installing and maintaining many forms of Windows server, along with several distibutions of Linux. I have extensive current experience installing, maintaning, and troubelshooting Firewall and Routing devices from many leading brands. Creating VPN tunnels, and Mobile User VPNs, are one of my strong suites. I have extensive experience with many different versions of SSL VPN appliances. Scripting and Group Policy are also some strong areas for me. I have been the lead engineer for Techscaler for over 3 years now, and as so, have grown the Serivces dept from one person to four full time engineers, and many part time, or contractoral. I expect to see this type of growth continue as we pride ourselves on delivering accurate and best practice solutions.
