My latest venture is for a passion of mine to Help Veterans transition to Civilian life and utilise their skills to transform the lives of people in our Communities, to provide Empowerment and Sustainability. My ability to work independently with thoroughness, motivation and judgement in combination with my background will provide results and commitment to implement processes that will enhance productivity. As an expert resource to any organisation, I will ensure continuing excellence to insure the organisation remains on top and continuously achieves all targets. In the Supply trade in the Army the level we reach and what we do and strive for excellence are undervalued in the civilian world, on Operations you make decisions that are Battle winning and are life and death. You make a decision on Freight Movement, Procurement, Purchasing, Route Development, Risk Management, Distribution, RFID tagging all made by one person an Army Supplier (Operations Manager) I was a brother to those that needed a brother, I have seen countries that most people dream about and seen things most people have nightmares about. I was trained to do things other people can't, I am physically and mentally strong, I was trained to save those injured around me and encourage those that struggled close to me. I served my country to protect those that couldn't protect themselves, I worked hours that would break most people in some of the most horrendous conditions. My objectives are to make a difference and guide those around me, to make changes to peoples thinking in this world, to help people in need, get people to see the good in themselves and others, the world needs to be a better place for our children.
