Currently work as the Technical Lead for Schawk at our Indianapolis art studio. Responsible for working with Elanco Animal Health marketing, their outside agencies and Schawk's other global studios to ensure global brand consistency across all of Elanco's printed packaging material. Work closely with the Elanco PPM team, their printers and contract manufacturers to ensure all artworks meet regulatory standards for each country along with the requirements for the printers and CM's. Lead a global efficiency summit in Manchester England that has increased our four global art studios efficiency by over 20%. Management over our graphic designers and quality operators. This includes ensuring that all GMP processes are followed and that each artwork meets Elanco's standards. Involved in working with Elanco PPM on their recent acquisition of Novartis Animal Health to ensure over 3500 pieces of new packaging material are rebranded to meet regulatory and marketing requirements. Knowledgeable in all Adobe CC software applications along with extensive knowledge in excel spreadsheets. Over 20 years of experience in the printing industry.
