Education in business administration (MBA) and business psychology (MA) with a PhD in Strategic Change Management. Skills: Among other skilled in executive coaching, team development, HR surveys and analytics, organizational change facilitation and personality profiling. Acting as an executive advisor and consultant I have helped leadership teams and organizations together with managers at all organizational levels. I translate business needs into HR strategies and powerful operational solutions to support organizations, teams and people to fulfill their potential. Experience in executing strategic, tactical and operational HR tasks and managing HR disciplines within areas such as staffing, onboarding, people development, employee relations, organizational design and HSSE. Implementing key HR processes as well as managing day-to-day operations. About me: Raised in Denmark where I have lived most of my life. Driven by curiosity and work I have traveled around the world and lived in Spain, the United States and Norway. In my teens I was part of the national team in Judo. As a young man I sailed with tourists on a sailboat in the Mediterranean. Later I arranged tours to the Arctic Islands of Svalbard.
