As a Certified Emergency Nurse and House Supervisor, I have extensive experience in patient care and healthcare leadership. My career is built on a strong foundation of clinical expertise, particularly in Emergency care and leadership, where I’ve successfully managed teams through high-stress situations. During the COVID-19 pandemic I cross-trained in the ICU, expanding my skill set to provide critical support in one of the most demanding environments. In my role as a House Supervisor, I oversee hospital operations overnight, ensuring that resources are efficiently managed and departments work seamlessly together. I am responsible for making key administrative decisions, guiding staff in the absence of department managers, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. My leadership style focuses on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, which empowers teams to deliver exceptional patient care. My background also includes extensive experience in EMS, where I served as a flight paramedic and field supervisor. This experience, combined with my nursing background, gives me a unique perspective on emergency care and strengthens my ability to lead with empathy and understanding. I’ve held various educational and leadership roles in both EMS and nursing, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. I earned my BSN from California State University, San Bernardino, and am deeply motivated by a desire to serve my community. My goal is to continue leveraging my diverse skills and experiences to advance healthcare, lead with compassion, and drive positive outcomes for both patients and healthcare teams.
