My most recent success can be seen in my role with CHEP, the world’s largest pallet and container pooling service corporation. Here, I was directly responsible for building and leading operations for the Chicago facility, that won national recognition as an “Outstanding Plant” for communication and collaboration. As the National Operations Manager for AT & T, I consistently exceeded individual, team, and enterprise goals earning a promotion to Associate Direct of Product Marketing. In this role, I successfully increased total billed revenue by 48% across the entire product portfolio. SELECTED CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Managed the full P&L for the largest US Hybrid Manufacturing Facility, accounting for $18M in annual revenue; led several continuous improvement initiatives that drove EBITDA and growth. Led product development and commercial sales team in the design, rollout, and launch of new products that delivered a 55% YOY revenue increase. Introduced new bundled flat rates for the product set that delivered cost-savings to the customer and increased the customer base by 12% YOY.
