Welcome to my LinkedIn profile! I am a passionate artist, entrepreneur, and educator with a rich background in metals and jewelry design. I earned my Master of Fine Arts degree in Metals/Jewelry Design from Bowling Green State University, where I honed my skills and nurtured my love for craftsmanship and creativity. Throughout my career, I have worn many hats, including managing a jewelry store, working as a jewelry designer, and founding my own fine jewelry company, Intersecting Hearts. This entrepreneurial journey has allowed me to blend innovation with traditional craftsmanship, creating timeless pieces that resonate with individuals worldwide. In addition to my entrepreneurial endeavors, I have also had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of artists and designers. For many years, I served as an instructor at esteemed academic institutions such as Kendall College of Art and Design, Western Michigan University, and Towson University in Maryland, where I also held the role of Area Coordinator and Lecturer. My passion for creativity extends beyond the classroom, with my works being exhibited in numerous national and international shows. These exhibitions have provided me with invaluable opportunities to showcase my unique vision and connect with fellow artisans and enthusiasts. Recently, I embarked on a new venture by founding a company dedicated to designing and manufacturing jewelry organizational tools tailored to the needs of the industry. This venture reflects my commitment to innovation and my desire to address the evolving needs of the jewelry sector. I am deeply passionate about creating meaningful connections, driving innovation, and inspiring others through my work.
