As a General Manager at Matheson, I oversee the operations of a large-scale fast paste operation warehouse that serves multiple clients in the aviation industry. With extensive experience in logistics, I have developed a keen eye for process improvement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. I hold both Green and Black Belt certifications in Lean Six Sigma, which enable me to implement best practices and optimize performance across all functions. My core competencies include warehouse operations, logistics management, budgeting, Inventory management, quality control, and team leadership. I've manage staff's of over 400 employees, ensuring compliance, safety, and training and payroll. I also plan and monitor the financial aspects of the warehouse, including expenses, revenues, and profits.
