With over 15 years of experience in information technology, I bring a disciplined, PMO-aligned approach to IT project management within public-sector and educational environments. Currently at Eastern Suffolk BOCES, I manage technology initiatives that align organizational priorities with secure, scalable, and compliant IT solutions. My work emphasizes project governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes to ensure technology investments deliver operational and instructional value. As a School District Business Leader credential holder, I apply strong financial oversight and compliance awareness to all project activities. As an IT Project Manager and Network and Systems Coordinator, I lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and change control in accordance with PMO best practices. I oversee infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, and modernization efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners. I maintain project documentation, reporting, risk logs, and performance metrics to ensure executive visibility and accountability. Additionally, I mentor technical staff and enforce standardized processes to support consistent delivery, system reliability, and long-term sustainability.
