As a trauma-informed leader and advocate, I bring extensive experience designing and managing programs that serve survivors of trauma, abuse, and systemic injustice. With a Master of Social Work and an academic foundation in Psychology and Gender Studies, I’ve led high-impact crisis response and advocacy initiatives across legal aid and nonprofit sectors, serving vulnerable populations including survivors of sexual assault, human trafficking, and individuals navigating complex civil legal challenges. My leadership style is rooted in emotional intelligence, building trust, and fostering cultural sensitivity—while remaining deeply committed to supporting, guiding, and developing the teams I lead. I’m passionate about cultivating strong, collaborative, and mission-driven teams that not only thrive internally but also elevate the quality of client-centered care. I believe that when staff feel empowered and supported, the entire system benefits—especially those we serve. I bring strengths in program design and management, team building, conflict resolution, public speaking, and crisis intervention.
