Background

About Michael Nicholas

I like being part of a team. Friendship, comradery, and challenges motivate and bring out the best in me. I am a hands on type of guy. My temperament is very laid back and predictable, but I do have a bad side. I try to use logic to solve problems in a very practical way while given feedback when needed. To sum up everything I am timely and dependable with my task. There is much more to Mike then that. I also have hard skills in my different fields. For instance in software I am proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows. Some of the machines and tools I know how to use are cement mixers, front end loaders, copiers, fax machines, steam tables, and EXP ovens. All of these items I am more than proficiency in running. I also have certificates in Serv Safe, Tips, DOT, and Frist Aid. I can drive a 24’ truck with air brakes. Some of the places these skills would be helpful are offices, construction, restaurant, or any type of trucking. Along with those skills I also have soft skills. I am an effective communicator. Proficiency in written and verbal as well an active listener. Punctuality, organized, self-motivated, and dedicated are a few more of my professional skills. I am a creative problem solver with dedication to my task. This is why I would make a good fit for any team.
